Fachie crashes in farewell race, recovers to win sixth Commonwealth gold at Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome

Neil Fachie and pilot Aaron Pope crashed during his career-ending race at the 2026 Glasgow Games. Fachie called it a "little slide." Battered and bruised, he said the crash was like "poking a bear."
