Live Nation's Concerts margins fall 14% as attendance hits 49 million in Q2 2026

Live Nation's Concerts division posted $6.4 billion in Q2 2026 revenue, up 8% year-over-year, while drawing 49 million fans — a 10% increase. But adjusted operating income for the division fell 14% to $309.6 million: staging more shows for larger crowds cost more than the extra revenue returned. Ticketmaster's AOI rose 14% to $331 million over the same period.
