UK's National Centre for Writing Opens 2026–27 Translator Mentorship Applications

Norwich's National Centre for Writing has opened free applications for its 2026–27 Emerging Translator Mentorships, pairing early-career translators working into English with established mentors across nine language strands. Now in its 17th year, the six-month programme has supported 150 translators from 37 languages since Daniel Hahn founded it in 2010. Deadline: 24 August, 11:59pm BST.
