Underbelly to close Boulevard Soho in January 2027, ending lease early

Underbelly will close its Boulevard Soho venue on 10 January 2027, ending its lease early on the 200-seat theatre at 6 Walker's Court it has operated since October 2023. Directors Ed Bartlam and Charlie Wood cited "the costs associated with the venue versus its size" and "wider economic challenges facing the sector." The venue hosted over 1,700 performances. Soho Estates has not said whether the space will remain a theatre.
