Sony confirms enough memory secured for PS5 sales through March 2027

Sony told investors in its Q1 FY26 financial statement that it has secured sufficient memory chips to meet projected PS5 sales through March 2027. Hardware profitability for FY26 remains unchanged, expected to stay similar to FY25. The high-bandwidth RAM inside each PS5 is in tightening supply across smartphones, servers and consoles.
