
Gregg Araki's 'I Want Your Sex' satirises the art world
Gregg Araki's erotic comedy 'I Want Your Sex', distributed by Magnolia Pictures, targets the contemporary art world. Olivia Wilde plays Erika Tracy, a multidisciplinary artist; Cooper Hoffman is her studio assistant. Their BDSM relationship is recounted from a police interrogation room. The film opened at Sundance in January 2026; Magnolia acquired US rights in a seven-figure deal. The Art Newspaper reviewed it on 31 July.
