Billboard Australia correspondent Glenn A. Baker dies at 74

Glenn A. Baker, Billboard's Australia correspondent for over 20 years, died on 31 July 2026 at 74, Billboard confirmed. His son Orson Baker told the outlet his father had suffered a stroke following a period of illness. Baker co-founded Raven Records in 1979, wrote 17 books, and contributed sleeve notes to over 600 albums. He won the BBC's Rock Brain of the Universe competition three times.
