Two never-released Virtual Boy games to become playable for the first time on Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo will add D-Hopper and Zero Racers, two completed but unreleased Virtual Boy games, to its Nintendo Switch Online subscription service on 4 August 2026. Both were shelved in the 1990s after the Virtual Boy's commercial failure. Zero Racers, originally named G-Zero, is an F-Zero spin-off. The Virtual Boy Classics library requires a paid Expansion Pack membership and a physical accessory.
