Spotify's New Track Notes Are Visible to All Playlist Viewers

Spotify launched User Notes on July 30, 2026, letting listeners 16 and older attach personal annotations to tracks within playlists they curate. The notes are visible to anyone who can view the playlist — not just the creator — with no option to restrict visibility. The feature is rolling out to select markets only.
