John Stones joins Inter Milan on free transfer from Manchester City

John Stones has signed a two-year deal with Inter Milan worth roughly €4–4.5m a year, joining on a free transfer after his Manchester City contract expired in June. The 32-year-old, a 93-cap England defender, spent ten years at City, winning six Premier League titles and the Champions League. He chose Inter over interest from Chelsea and Juventus.
