LinkedIn adds AI-slop report button to flag generated posts

LinkedIn on July 30, 2026 added a "seems like AI slop" button to each post's three-dots menu. Clicking it hides the post and feeds a signal into LinkedIn's content classification models to tune automated detection of AI-generated content. CPO Hari Srinivasan said the platform also blocks hundreds of thousands of automated comment attempts daily.
