Princess Anne and Prince Edward, joined by Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, sat together at Scotstoun Stadium on 30 July 2026 for day seven of the XXIII Commonwealth Games athletics and para athletics programme. Edward, vice-patron of Commonwealth Sport, had been in Glasgow since 24 July per the Court Circular. Anne's attendance was listed in the Royal Diary.
