Gary Goldsmith tells Daily Mail he nearly died from bleeding oesophageal varices after months on Mounjaro

Gary Goldsmith told the Daily Mail he projectile-vomited blood while on holiday in Spain after several months on the weight-loss drug Mounjaro. Doctors found oesophageal varices — enlarged veins in his oesophagus. Goldsmith said an emergency surgical banding procedure saved his life: "If they hadn't banded me I would have bled to death." He is Carole Middleton's brother.
