Lancashire defended 220 to beat Nottinghamshire by 31 runs at AO Farington on 30 July, going top of Metro Bank One-Day Cup Group A. Arav Shetty, back from a three-month injury layoff, top-scored with 53 and took 3 for 35. Jack Blatherwick's 4 for 30 bowled Notts out for 189. Both sides now have three wins and one loss from four; Lancashire lead on head-to-head.
