All 55 UEFA nations vote to boycott FIFA competitions over World Cup sell-off plan
All 55 UEFA member associations unanimously resolved to boycott every FIFA competition — including the World Cup — if Gianni Infantino proceeds with plans to open tournaments to private ownership. UEFA stated its members "unanimously and unequivocally reject" the proposals, demanding they be "abandoned in its entirety." The first tournament at risk is the Under-20 Women's World Cup in Poland, starting September 5.
