Green Party admits it failed to vet candidates' social media

A senior Green Party source told BBC News the party did not check candidates' social media before selection. Several stood down over online activity, two were arrested during May's local elections, and one was suspended after being elected. Antisemitic posts have also caused concern in recent months.
