Argonaut Games announced a Croc 2: Kingdom of the Gobbos remaster on July 30, 2026, targeting a Q4 2026 release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC. The original 3D platformer shipped in 1999 on PlayStation and Windows. Argonaut founder Jez San said the sequel was always the plan after fans embraced the first Croc remaster, released October 2025.
