Gears of War: E-Day open beta starts August 6, pre-orders get early access

Pre-order customers get early access to Gears of War: E-Day's open beta from August 6 to August 10, according to Xbox. A second weekend, open to everyone, follows later in the summer. The beta includes one Horde Siege map (three at launch), two Versus modes (four at launch), and a level cap of 50 (100 at launch). The full game releases October 6 on Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Game Pass.
