AMC to Stop Regular Quarterly Disclosure of Streaming Subscriber Numbers

AMC Global Media said in its May 2026 earnings report it will no longer release streaming subscriber figures on a regular quarterly basis, removing a key metric for tracking AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder and five other services. Subscribers had dipped 1% year-over-year to 10.1 million in the January–March 2026 quarter. Variety reported the change.
