West End workers accept three-year SOLT deal with 13.5% minimum pay rise

Equity members voted 98 per cent in favour on 75 per cent turnout, with the result declared on 29 July 2026. The agreement with the Society of London Theatre runs from April 2026 to April 2029. Minimum pay rises by at least 13.5 per cent over three years; the final-year increase is linked to CPI. Negotiations began in December 2025.
