Idi Amin's grandson disqualified for head-butt in Commonwealth Games debut

Idi Amin's grandson, Ugandan boxer Aziz Abdul, was disqualified in the third round of his Commonwealth Games 2026 super-heavyweight debut for head-butting English opponent Damar Thomas. Abdul was trailing 20-16 on the scorecards when the head-butt ended the bout. Thomas, a 21-year-old European youth champion from Kilburn, advances with a guaranteed medal.
