EA CEO pay rose to US$38 million while Battlefield studios faced layoffs

EA's SEC 10-K filing, reported 29 July 2026, shows CEO Andrew Wilson's total compensation rose US$8 million to US$38 million — a 305:1 ratio to EA's median employee pay of US$126,612. The same fiscal year saw layoffs across all four Battlefield Studios — DICE, Criterion and Ripple Effect among them — following Battlefield 6's record-breaking launch, which EA called a realignment.
