High Court delays TfL's £1bn Ulez claim until October 2026

The High Court has paused TfL's £1bn claim against Stellantis, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW and Nissan until October 2026, pending a dieselgate appeal. TfL says the carmakers misstated diesel emissions, letting non-compliant vehicles enter London's Ulez without paying the £12.50 daily charge.
