Kanye West settles sexual battery lawsuit filed by former assistant Lauren Pisciotta

Kanye West has settled a 2024 sexual battery lawsuit brought by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta. TMZ reported the settlement on 29 July 2026; court records confirm it. Pisciotta's lawyer Arick Fudali told Pitchfork: "the matter has been resolved." Terms of the unconditional settlement are undisclosed. The allegations, including drugging and sexual assault, were never tested in court.
