Billy Zane, John Billingsley, Scottie Thompson and Bonnie Root join Philippe Caland's neo-noir thriller 'Milliseconds'

Billy Zane, John Billingsley, Scottie Thompson and Bonnie Root have signed on to star in "Milliseconds," a neo-noir thriller written and directed by Philippe Caland, Deadline reported on 29 July 2026. Caland produces under his Junto House Films banner; Zane also takes an executive producer credit. The film is set to shoot in Los Angeles.
