Halo debuts on PlayStation for the first time in the franchise's 25-year history

Microsoft released Halo: Campaign Evolved on 28 July 2026 on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 simultaneously — the first Halo game in 25 years to launch on a Sony platform. Developed by Halo Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios, the Unreal Engine 5 remake of Halo: Combat Evolved is also available on PC and Game Pass.
