HYBE promotes Jenni Pfaff to global Chief People and Transformation Officer role

HYBE promoted Jenni Pfaff to Chief People and Transformation Officer on 28 July, a newly created global role with company-wide oversight of talent strategy. Pfaff, previously in the same title at HYBE America since August 2025, reports directly to CEO Jason Jaesang Lee and remains based in Los Angeles. She joined HYBE from Warner Chappell Music, Warner Music Group's publishing arm.
