Banijay-All3Media merger done, but All3Media revenue absent from H1 figures

Banijay Entertainment merged with All3Media in July 2026, forming an $8 billion revenue group with a 265,000-hour library spanning MasterChef, Big Brother and Peaky Blinders. All3Media's financials will not appear until Q3. H1 2026 entertainment revenue was €1.37 billion, down 2.2% year-on-year, with production revenue falling 11.9% and distribution rising 10.5%. Deadline reported the figures on 29 July 2026.
