Airport loses Nærø's gear; composer improvises solo piano set at Norwegian festival

Norwegian neo-classical composer Vetle Nærø's synthesizers and electronic gear went missing at an airport before his Bergtatt Festival set at Luster's Dale Church, Norway, Billboard reported on 29 July 2026. Nærø scrapped his planned set and improvised a solo piano performance for roughly 200 guests. The equipment was later returned.
