Ben Ahlers and Wesley Taylor of HBO's The Gilded Age have wrapped production on Movin' On Up, a short-form workplace satire and Jacob Wahba's film-directing debut, Variety reported on 29 July 2026. Taylor plays a white-collar worker propelled up the corporate ladder into an 'MGM Musical Meets Silicon Valley world' inspired by 1950s MGM musicals. The film enters post-production; no festival berth is set.
