Jim James announces first solo album in eight years, 'Wowed Out,' out August 28 on ATO Records

Jim James will release 'Wowed Out,' his fifth solo album and first in eight years, on August 28 via ATO Records. The 10-track, self-produced record follows 2018's 'Uniform Distortion' and 'Uniform Clarity.' Two singles are out: 'Come Again' in June and the title track this week. The material originated in early-2010s film-scoring sessions with composer Brian Reitzell. A solo acoustic tour runs November 28 through December 11.
