Lionsgate CEO Feltheimer's pay nearly doubles to $19.37 million in FY 2026 proxy filing

Lionsgate's SEC proxy filing shows CEO Jon Feltheimer received $19.37 million for fiscal year 2026 (ended March 2026), up from $9.82 million the prior year. His cash bonus quadrupled to $6.5 million from $1.5 million. Stock awards totalled $10.68 million on $1.5 million salary. The filing followed Lionsgate's April 2026 renewal of his contract through 2031.
