Kristian Downs promoted to Executive Director, Platform Operations at Secretly Distribution

Secretly Distribution confirmed 28 July 2026 that Kristian Downs now holds strategic ownership and governance of its core platform infrastructure, including RIOT, the bespoke catalogue management system he helped build with Babel Ops, the development partner Secretly acquired in April 2026. Downs reports to COO and Partner Chris Welz and retains oversight of the Digital Operations team he has led since joining in 2020.
