60 Minutes adds four contributors as new EP Bilton remakes roster

CBS News' 60 Minutes has added four on-air contributors — conservative New York Times columnist Ross Douthat, author Sebastian Junger, filmmaker Gianna Toboni and CBS News correspondent Trevor Phillips — new executive producer Nick Bilton announced in a 28 July 2026 staffer memo. Bilton called them "entrepreneurial journalists who understand how to reach modern audiences." Veteran anchor Norah O'Donnell will also take on more 60 Minutes duties.
