Universal Global Television acquires TV rights to Annie Jacobsen's 'Biological War: A Scenario' after bidding war

Universal Global Television and Patrick Macmanus's Littleton Road Productions won a bidding war for TV rights to Annie Jacobsen's forthcoming novel 'Biological War: A Scenario.' Macmanus and Jacobsen will co-create and executive produce; Kelly Funke also executive produces. The series has no platform attached and will be pitched to buyers in the coming weeks, Variety reports.
