Poison frontman Bret Michaels, 63, paused his Live & Amplified world tour after emergency surgery for a complicated obstructing kidney stone, his official website confirmed on July 27. Dr. Abby Borhan placed a ureteral stent and restricted him from performing for three to four weeks. North American shows from July 30 through August 15 are cancelled or postponed, with no makeup dates announced.
