City of London must invent a removal process to strip Andrew of Freedom honour

The City of London Corporation is developing a new legal process to remove the Freedom of the City of London from Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor because no lawful mechanism currently exists. The Freedom, dating to 1237, was granted to Andrew in 2012 by patrimony from Prince Philip. The Court of Common Council called his Epstein links "wholly unacceptable."
