Simon O'Donovan, an employee of the National Museum of Ireland, has been charged before Dublin's Special Criminal Court — a no-jury court for terrorism and organised-crime offences — in connection with an alleged car bomb plot. Explosive materials were reportedly stored at the museum's Collins Barracks site in Dublin, Classic Hits reported on 27 July. The case has been adjourned.
