Earl Spencer marries archaeologist Cat Jarman in Arizona — his fourth marriage

Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and younger brother of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, married bioarchaeologist Dr Cat Jarman in a private ceremony in Sedona, Arizona, on 15 May 2026. Spencer confirmed the relationship in October 2024 after they met excavating a Roman villa at Althorp, the Spencer family seat. The marriage is his fourth; he finalised his third divorce five months before the wedding.
