GLA officials seized Led By Donkeys' 40-by-40-metre "Yes It's A Genocide" banner in Parliament Square on 4 December 2024, then transferred it to contractor Veolia, which destroyed it. After 19 months, Veolia — not the GLA — paid £27,216 compensation.
