Paramount releases first trailer for 'Children of Blood and Bone'

Paramount released the first trailer for Gina Prince-Bythewood's adaptation of Tomi Adeyemi's 2018 novel on 28 July 2026, per Variety. The fantasy epic, shot across multiple African locations, stars Thuso Mbedu, Viola Davis, Idris Elba, Cynthia Erivo, Regina King and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Paramount has set a 15 January 2027 theatrical release.
