MGM+ takes U.S. rights to 'Embassy,' completing a three-platform territory carve-up

MGM+ has acquired U.S. rights to 'Embassy,' a six-part thriller starring Anna Kendrick, plus nine further territories, per Variety (28 July 2026). Prime Video holds the U.K., Ireland, Canada, France, Australia and New Zealand; Germany's ZDF took its territory. AGC International handled worldwide sales. No premiere date is set. Filming was still underway as of May 2026.
