BBC Studios Starts Search for New Natural History Unit Head as Keeling Moves to Creative Director Role

BBC Studios is recruiting a new head of its Natural History Unit, with Jonny Keeling — in post since 2021 — transitioning to a newly created Creative Director role in 2027. Kate Ward, MD of Unscripted, Global Content, said the move returns Keeling to full-time programme making. The NHU's slate includes Blue Planet III, Hidden Planet, Green Planet II and Lion.
