Larraín's Netflix-produced 'My Sad Dead' enters Golden Shell race at San Sebastián

Pablo Larraín's "My Sad Dead" ("Mis muertos tristes"), a Netflix-produced adaptation of Argentine writer Mariana Enriquez, has been selected for the main competition at the 74th San Sebastián Film Festival, running September 18–26. Produced by Fabula, it stars Mercedes Morán, Dolores Fonzi and Alejandra Flechner. The main competition competes for the Golden Shell, the festival's top prize (Variety, 28 July 2026).
