Dolly Parton's Older Brother Coy 'Denver' Parton Dies at 82

Coy 'Denver' Parton, one of Dolly Parton's 11 siblings, died on 23 July 2026 in Sevierville, Tennessee, at age 82. An Atchley Funeral Home obituary confirmed the death, citing no cause. Parton worked as a crane operator, farmer and hunter, outside the music industry. Dolly Parton had not publicly commented as of Billboard's 28 July report.
