Holland Called Rothman to Delay Spider-Man for Nolan's The Odyssey

Tom Holland phoned Sony Pictures chairman Tom Rothman to push back "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" production so he could first shoot Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey," which also stars Zendaya. Rothman, at the LA premiere on 28 July 2026, called the delay "a rare opportunity." Director Destin Daniel Cretton said Holland arrived from Nolan's set "pumped and ready to go."
