Dowe Adds Contract-Validation Step Before Code Generation

Dowe launched July 27, 2026, at dowe.dev with installers for macOS, Linux, and Windows. Its three-step loop — describe, check, generate — runs an explicit contract and boundary validation phase before producing native code.
