Fraser, Weisz and Hannah reunite for new 'The Mummy,' dated 15 October 2027

Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz and John Hannah return for a new "The Mummy" installment, their first franchise film together in 25 years, Deadline confirmed on 27 July 2026. Radio Silence direct from a David Coggeshall screenplay. Universal has dated the film for 15 October 2027. Sean Daniel, who produced the 1999 original, returns as producer.
