RSHP's One Shanghai tower wins double at 2026 Council on Vertical Urbanism China awards

One Shanghai, a 186-metre office tower in Shanghai's Jing'an District designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the London firm co-founded by the late Pritzker laureate Richard Rogers, has won both Best Building and Best Office Building at the 2026 Council on Vertical Urbanism China awards — a rare same-year double. The council has not yet published a shortlist or jury citation.
