PlayStation fan campaign calls week-long console blackout for 23–30 August

A fan-organised campaign on X by user @DoesItPlay1 asks players to unplug PlayStation consoles from 23 August at 7pm local time through 30 August at 7pm local time. The organiser calls it "an economic and gameplay blackout" targeting Sony's active-player metrics.
